A spin-off venture from a long-time client, this new endeavor was created to bring an innovative, integrated product offering to market. With growth ambitions set on a future IPO, the client required a funding partner that could not only deliver working capital but also provide the long-term runway needed to support rapid expansion.
With no incumbent involved, Sallyport worked directly with our existing client to get this new business off the ground – fast. Our ability to understand the vision, move quickly, and provide flexible funding was key in enabling the launch.
