$5,000,000 Finance Package Fuels Health Drinks Manufacturer

The health and wellness industry is flourishing and Sallyport is excited to be part of this growth, providing a $5,000,000 finance package for a North American manufacturer of health drink products. The Canadian client with a U.S. subsidiary produces nutritional health drinks aimed at the over forties. The products  promote muscle recovery, improved energy levels and increased strength.

The client was introduced to Sallyport through a referral partner in the investment banking industry and was looking to raise funds strategically, avoiding unnecessary dilution of equity. The funds will be utilized to build their inventory and better place them for growth and new opportunities.

MD for Canada, Calum Williamson noted;

“With our cross-border funding capability and additional suite of products, we were able to offer this Canadian-owned company the ideal funding solution they required, consisting of a $5 Million cross-border accounts receivable facility with cash flow loan.

After years of research and development, the company is geared for expansion and we are delighted to be their preferred financial partner to aid their growth plans.”
