Specialist Hair Care Gets Makeover with $5,000,000 Funding

We’re delighted to announce funding of $5,000,000 for a specialist hair care importer and distributor. This growing brand originated in the UK with a line of products dedicated to vegan and cruelty-free hair care and is continuing to realize their ambition of expansion into North America with a $5m facility made up of accounts receivable and purchase order financing.

The client was referred to us by a business consultant in the UK who had a long-standing relationship with Sallyport’s senior management team and needed a trusted financial partner in the US to work for their client.

Our client will use these funds to build their presence in the US, purchase inventory and take market share. Longer-term this fantastic company hopes to expand their brand and footprint across North America, gain brand loyalty and establish themselves as market leaders in the specialist hair care industry.

Greg Dyson, Sallyport’s National Sales Manager expressed excitement for the client’s expansion;

“ We’re excited to partner with an already successful business from across the pond, helping them to build their brand and target major retailers here in the States.

With our combined financing package, the business can now confidently secure these relationships knowing they have the necessary working capital to fuel their business’ growth”
