Helping a Garment Importer Go Global with $2M

Sallyport Commercial Finance is proud to support a dynamic startup in the garment import sector with a $2,000,000 Accounts Receivable and Purchase Order finance facility. This funding provides the working capital needed to meet supplier demands overseas and scale operations quickly.

Based in Los Angeles, the company initially gained traction through its specialized apparel for the healthcare industry and is now preparing to expand into the European and Middle Eastern markets with new product lines tailored to the hospitality sector – ranging from aprons to waitstaff uniforms and more.

“We are delighted to have just funded $2,000,000 in Accounts Receivable and Purchase Order financing for a garment importer based in Los Angeles. This deal highlights Sallyport’s strong understanding of the import business and our ability to deliver fast, tailored solutions.

The client, a new startup, needed working capital to pay overseas suppliers and hit the ground running. With our support, they’re now positioned for growth and long-term success. Excited to be part of their journey!”
Kevin Yoon, VP of Business Development

With no incumbent lender and a need for speed, the client chose Sallyport for our experience in the import sector and our ability to provide a fast, flexible solution built around their goals.
